Senior Project Manager:in IT (m/f/d)

In the field of IT & ERP transformation, you take responsibility for our company-wide S/4HANA program and conduct international, cross-functional project teams through complex transformation projects.

You will lead our S/4HANA migration project end-to-end, take over the overall responsibility for time, budget, quality and scope and control cooperation with implementation partners. In international, cross-functional IT projects, you coordinate IT and business teams, define work packages and milestones and ensure that all delivery items are implemented on time and in the required quality. For the IT work packages within large-scale projects, you are responsible for topics such as system architecture, user and access management, system configuration, interfaces, test management, migration, release and cutover and for seamless coordination with disciplines and shared services. Through a structured stakeholder communication at all levels of leadership, you make project progress transparent, address risks at an early stage and prepare decisions for management and steering circles based. Integrated and detailed project plans are designed for the overall program and individual streams, including concepts for resource planning, communication, change and risk management, and ensure their consistent implementation. In cooperation with external consultants, you will start tendering, tax contracts and monitor compliance with the agreed services and relevant KPIs together with the IT purchase. With a clear focus on change management, you promote international and cross-functional cooperation, moderate workshops, support project employees in their role and encourage the acceptance and sustainable anchoring of the new processes and systems.

You have a degree in business management, economic engineering, (economic) informatics or a comparable degree program and brings many years of experience in managing complex, international IT projects, ideally in the context of ERP systems, system migration and especially SAP ECC / S/4HANA. In the planning and control of large migration and transformation projects, you have proven successes, including active management and coordination of implementation partners and work in regulated environments, such as ISO 13485. The collaboration with international, cross-functional teams from IT, departments, shared services and external partners will help you to create your own creative skills to bring different interests together and develop sustainable solutions. A recognised project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum) complements your practical experience, and you use common methods, tools and approach models targeted for planning, controlling, risk management and reporting. Embossed analytical skills and high problem-solving competence help you to penetrate complex dependencies, clear priorities under time pressure and make decisions on a well-founded data and facts basis. In your lateral leadership role, you convince by enforcing strength and clarity, but combine them with the ability to constructively resolve conflicts and win teams across different locations for common goals. Prospective knowledge of German and English in word and writing enables you to address international stakeholders, to moderate workshops and tax circles and to create management-oriented presentations and decision-making documents; a high travel readiness completes your profile.
