Planning, organisation and implementation of practical training for employees and for the first and second management levels Conception, development and implementation of modern sales, leadership and service training Implementation of workshops, coaching and team development measures Support and development of (new growth) executives Ensuring and developing uniform training standards Training mainly in our headquarters in Ludwigshafen, hardly traveling

(m/w/d), sales coach (m/w/d), executive coach (m/w/d) or personnel developer (m/w/d) Ideally experience in a marketed retail or a sales environment Practical experience in management development Very good presentation and moderation capabilities as well as motivating radiation Self-employed, structured and responsible work Training or training qualification (e.g. AEVO) desirable Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
