Dental Administrative Assistant - flexible working hours (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a qualified Zahnmedizin administrative employee (ZFA) / practical manager (m/w/d) in parttime or fulltime.

Your tasks:**

• Practice management and management of daily processes
• dental services (BEMA, GOZ).
• scheduling and coordination
• Communication with patients, health insurance companies and external service providers
• Support of the practical team in organizational tasks

Your profile:**

• Completed training as medical specialist (ZFA) or comparable qualification
• Knowledge in the field of practical organization and accounting
• Self-employed, structured and reliable operation
• Friendly and professional appearance in dealing with patients
