Programmatic Solutions Consultant (m/f/d)

Support for leading media and performance agencies in the use of a demand-side platform (DSP) in programmatic advertising Activation, control and continuous development of programmatic campaigns Setup, control, monitoring and optimization of campaigns along the entire life cycle Analysis of campaign data and deriving concrete measures to increase performance and efficiency Advice and enablement of Agency Trading teams through best practices, data-based recommendations and strategic input Identification and solution of technical and performance related issues Further development, standardization and optimization of processes to increase operational efficiency Training and knowledge transfer in dealing with DSP and programmatic campaigns

At least 4 years of experience in the field of programmatic advertising, trading desk or in a media agency Funded knowledge in DSP platforms and in the programmatic ecosystem Experience in the control, optimization and analysis of digital advertising campaigns Safe handling of Excel as well as reporting and analysis tools Technical understanding in areas such as Real-Time Bidding (RTB), Bidding Logics, Tracking, Attribution and Campaign Setup Strongly pronounced analytical and data-driven mode of operation Ability to work independently and structured after a short incorporation Solution-oriented thinking with pronounced hands-on mentality Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Ability to convey complex technical and data-driven content in a comprehensible and address-oriented manner
