The special thing: you work exclusively in stalls and spasm services. This means for you: planning security without night readiness, combined with the dynamics of changing locations.

Your tasks with us:

• Assistance: You support people with disabilities and/or mental illnesses in everyday life - from basic care to leisure.
• Relationship work: They quickly adapt to new clients *inside and teams and offer professional support.
• Crisis management: Thanks to your experience, you will also be able to rest in unforeseen situations, provide security and support the colleagues on site.
• Documentation: You ensure that the colleagues on the ground are informed about the current state of assistance planning.

• Qualification: You are a state-recognized educator in, curative caregiver in or nursing (with two or three years training) or have a comparable training, with professional experience in integration assistance (SGB IX).
