Preparation of all meals for breakfast buffets and coffee breaks Preparation of eggfood in the live hooking station Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen Participation in a smooth organisation and workflow Buffet preparation and support Provide the necessary mise en place Careful, professional storage and use of raw materials and products

Ideally completed cooking training or practical experience in the breakfast area Sustainable, structured and independent operation Friendly appearance and team skills attention to detail and fun at work Motivation and commitment, resilience and flexibility Knowledge of the current hygiene regulations Good German knowledge desirable
