You are ready to lead innovative construction projects from the first idea to the implementation? At the ADAC air rescue, you design the infrastructure of our stations as an architecture and construction manager (w/m/d) and make sure that our yellow angels of the air are ready at any time. You take responsibility for new buildings, remodels and maintenance, tax projects with a wide view and bring your know-how into a unique working environment. Apply now and shape the future of air rescue! Coordination – You control and coordinate all construction, maintenance and repair tasks at the ADAC air rescue stations. You are also responsible for the professional maintenance and technical support of the company's own and foreign-used buildings as well as outdoor facilities. Construction projects - You plan and budget all medium- and long-term construction projects – from new buildings to renovations and maintenance measures – and accompany them throughout the entire construction period. You take over the contractor's representation for reconstruction and new construction projects, carry out acceptances and commissioning and ensure a smooth implementation. You also check and process warranty claims. Project Management - You take internal consulting and support in all structural questions and decisions within the ADAC air rescue. In addition, you are responsible for the preparation of concept studies, including the creation of schedules and cost estimates.

The theory sits – you can demonstrate a successfully completed degree in the field of architecture or civil engineering or have a comparable qualification. Know-How – You have a well-founded knowledge about CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD), Vicado and modern 3D architecture programs. You are also familiar with building regulations and legal standards. Professional experience – You look back on a multiannual professional experience in the planning and implementation of construction projects of small to medium size. Communication – Thanks to your excellent communication and project management skills, you understand how to communicate clearly and effectively as well as manage projects in a targeted manner. In addition, you have excellent knowledge of German at C1 level, which allows you to have a precise and sovereign expression.
