Representative / Coordinator for Occupational Health and Safety (m/f/d)

As a specialist for occupational safety and health protection, you have the task of supporting the employer as an important key role in the integration of safety and health protection into the organisation of the workplace.

The specialist for occupational safety and health protection is a staff member of the factory management and supports it in all aspects of occupational safety in accordance with § 6 ASiG and DGUV Regulation 2. A key task is the networking of occupational safety and health protection with the operating processes. In doing so, you support the factory management in implementing centrally directed processes and optimizing operations at the site. You will also advise the employer and the persons responsible for occupational safety and accident prevention.

Area of responsibility: In connection with occupational safety and health: Dissemination of proposals and implementation planning for annual operations in the field of health and safety Review, tracking and preparation of key figures on safety, health and preventive measures Support of the factory management in the further development of the safety awareness and mutual attention of employees at the site Support for the management of the work by preparing and moderating the work protection committee meeting Coordination of training and training necessary for ordering persons at the site Supports superiors in the creation of risk assessments, instruction and cravings Coordination of cooperation with the occupational physician and organisation of occupational health care in cooperation with HR Organisation, implementation and evaluation of emergency exercises Support in the design and development of machinery and equipment Development and implementation of Nordzucker internal ASI standards Implementation of employee training in presence or digital Management and participation of internal and external audits at the site Support of the Head of Safety & Health: Participation in the creation of group-wide documents and cooperation in the German and group-wide ASI network

Has successfully completed engineering studies (machine engineering, process engineering, food technology) or a comparable qualification Has completed training as a specialist for occupational safety Includes professional experience in the industrial environment and in project work Owned analytical skills and can solve tasks innovatively and targeted Has an independent, structured and reliable operation and is committed Is a strong communication personality with a high sense of responsibility Understands as a team player and can motivate his colleagues Has very good user knowledge in the MS Office, SAP knowledge is desirable Brings good knowledge of English in word and writing
