At the Hohenwestedt site we are looking for a dedicated and ambitious team at the next possible event for our Industrial Engineering team Industrial Automation & Robotics Engineer - Intralogistics LESER modernises the entire intralogistics at the Hohenwestedt site. The aim is to build a highly automated, digitally controlled logistics campus, which fully integrates transport, handling and storage processes. We create a team that ensures future-oriented, networked, robot-assisted and economic production supply. You have a key role in a strategic future project: the LESER logistics campus. This gives you great freedom to design automated solutions – from concept to implementation. You work at the interface between logistics, IT/systems, production and engineering as well as in an environment that actively promotes innovation, technology affinity and predictive planning. Objectives in this position are: Building a digital, automated logistics system with high efficiency and efficiency Significant increase in productivity, process stability and flexibility Standardization and consistent development of all processes – focusing on robotics, sensor technology, automation technology and data integration Your main tasks: Planning, modelling and optimization of the entire intralogistics processes at the Hohenwestedt plant Conception and implementation of automated logistics solutions, e.g.: FTS/AMR fleets robot-assisted handling and commissioning technology automatic storage and shuttle systems

Design of systemic and mechanical interfaces in existing material flow chains Digitization of all logistics processes, including integration in SAP S/4HANA, EWM and MES Development of innovative warehouse and material flow concepts incl. Layout Full optimization across all areas (goods receipt, pre-production, central warehouse, assembly, shipping) Use of LEAN methods such as WSA, KAIZEN, 5S for continuous improvement Management and support of automation projects – from concept phase to commissioning

Complete studies in engineering or industrial engineering – ideally focusing on logistics or automation technology Multiannual experience in the design of modern intralogistics systems Detectable expertise in automation, digitalization and robotics in logistics Very good know-how in transport, handling and warehouse logistics Experience with ERP and logistics systems (SAP, EWM) Analytical thinking, pronounced problem solving capability and project management competence Safe handling of MS Office and good English skills Self-employed, structured and targeted working methods combined with entrepreneurial thinking and acting skills Embossed team capacity because you act as an interface between logistics, IT/systems and production
