Monitoring and optimization of production processes and implementation and control of operational processes Ensuring production targets including the planning of production quantities, production times, machine operations and maintenance/ repairs Control of raw materials and resources and monitoring of storage Ensuring product quality and implementation of quality assurance measures Leadership and further development of the team (20 employees), including personnel planning, shift allocation, holiday planning and training of staff Creation and monitoring of the budget for the plant, including cost control, identification of savings potentials and determination of investment needs Monitoring and compliance of safety regulations, in particular occupational safety, cargo protection and health rules, as well as testing and documentation of statutory provisions or TÜV certifications Regular reporting and processing of data for management

Long-term professional experience, among others, in production control and sound knowledge in raw material processing technology Experience in the planning, implementation and monitoring of processes Detectional experience in the management and development of employees Excellent communication skills (written and oral) paired with targeting, willing to use and team skills Knowledge of PLC controls Of advantage, but no need: additional training as quality management officer and English skills
