Insolvency Clerk in our Corporate Insolvencies Practice Group (m/f/d)

Branch: Accounting, controlling and... Branch: Accounting, controlling and auditing

We save companies, jobs and protect creditors. You feel it every day. Even if we follow the corporate insolvency laws, our action is agile. No procedure equals the other. Variety and interesting insights into different industries are guaranteed. Behind each procedure are creditors, employees, authorities and courts - and in the middle you are: first contact person for all parties, organisational backbone, interface between procedural practice and law. Who works here experiences business relationships, legal questions and human situations in a density that cannot provide a classic administrative job. Plus, with your contribution you move something and make sense to help companies - and thus people - in difficult economic situations. At KÖSTERBERNER you work directly on the side of a procedural lawyer who carries the project responsibility for the proceedings together with the insolvency administrator. Your work area is independent and wide. Procedural decisions make lawyers and administrators - they rely on your preparation and your judgment. If you accompany procedures with running business, you will experience situations where action, clarity and nerves are required at the same time. This is the exciting dynamic of our activity. Teamwork is in demand. We are a team of over 100 colleagues at four locations in northern Germany - with procedures of all sizes, from medium-sized GmbH to complex corporate mandate.

Your tasks • Your profile • What we offer

This is the profile we most often search for and for which this place is primarily advertised. Jurists - Business lawyers:inside, graduates and graduates with first or second state exams - who seek entry into insolvency administration practice or consciously prefer a role with clearly structured responsibility to a responsible procedural mandate. This profile also fits us and is consciously included by us. In both cases we expect: Organizational talent, communication strength in dealing with a wide range of interlocutors and the ability to keep an overview even in ongoing procedures. We feel comfortable with who works independently and at the same time is a team player and who thinks one step ahead and makes things proactive - without waiting for instruction. Learning willingness and the drive to develop itself and its area of responsibility continuously, as well as an affinity for the use and design of AI round off the profile.
