Service Manager in Maintenance – Stuttgart (m/f/d)

As a service and maintenance coordinator (m/w/d) you take a key role in our Pleidelsheim branch. You are the central interface between our customers and the service team – someone who keeps the overview, controls processes and finds solutions when it comes to it. Your workstation is predominantly in the office where you hold all threads together – and at times also with our local customers when personal exchange is required. Responsibility: You coordinate service and maintenance tasks and ensure that all operations run smoothly. Support customers: You are the contact person who is in direct contact with our customers. You can quickly identify the needs and find solutions that bring both the customer and our team forward. Dissolving problems: In challenging situations, you keep a clear head and develop solutions that are both fast and sustainable. Designing communication: ensure that everyone in the team is at the same level and keep the communication between customers and colleagues transparent and effective.

Technical understanding: You have completed electrotechnical training and have several years of professional experience. Industry knowledge is advantageous. Business thinking: You understand how to identify business relationships and take into account both the technical and economic aspects of the planning and implementation of service projects. Understanding the contract: You have basic knowledge of contract law and can safely apply it in everyday work. Target safety: You remain calm even in hectic situations, act solution-oriented and always keep an overview. Communication strength: You are able to communicate clearly and solution-oriented – both in the team and with customers.
