Senior Consultant (w/m/d) In order to expand our team, we are looking for an educatorin / social pedagogical specialist / integration educatorin (m/w/d) in parttime with 30 hours/week at a newly established school, the primary school on the coupling path in Berlin – Neukölln (Britz) with open full-day operation (OGB) with reliable half-day primary school (VHG) and supplement. The school follows an innovative school concept as a department school. In the Compartment School, teaching takes place in small, flexible areas, the “Compartments” – “small schools” at school. These areas are like independent learning worlds that can be used individually and are more closely oriented to the needs of the students. Professional spaces, learning and multipurpose spaces are places for exchange, learning and research and together form a versatile school. Your duties as an educatorin / social pedagogical specialist / integration educatorin (m/w/d) You actively support the eFöB pro area and bring your pedagogical ideas You accompany students and are guided by an inclusive care concept that is coordinated with the school You support learning times and implement support concepts in consultation with the teacher You promote social learning in school classes and shape the group day of afternoon care You will guide leisure and projects You conduct parental and family talks and work in an interdisciplinary manner with all school teachers and, if necessary, other specialist services. Your profile a vocational qualification as a state-recognized educatorin or as a comparable degree as a social pedagogical specialist is a prerequisite, e.g. childhood education, education, special education, medical education, etc. language skills in German at level C1 are also mandatory You want to co-design the new area of eFöB and, together with the teachers of the school, actively create for the students (first) Experiences in the methodological implementation of group activities with children have already gathered, also in the field of education and in cooperation with parents At best, in the work with integration children are experienced or have an additional qualification as a specialist teacher for integration or are healer teachersin You want to introduce themselves with their personal strengths, skills and ideas Their attitude is marked by openness and appreciation to families and You understand different cultures as an enrichment of our society.
