We are looking for our team in Berlin - Tempelhof

Projektmanager (m/w/d) Technical Equipment (TGA)Full Time 40h | As a project manager (m/d/w) with the focus on TGA, you are in your role as a contractor representative in the team responsible for the construction of the entire technical infrastructure of the former Tempelhof Airport - one of the largest architectural monuments in Europe.

Your main tasks include:Project management for demanding new and refurbishment projects in the inventory of technical equipment in the building and in the outdoor facilities (DIN 276, KG 400, 550). Conception of creative solutions for technical equipment within a wide range of projects in close coordination with colleagues from building, property and facility management. Control and monitoring of construction and technical performance, in particular in the context of multi-team and multi-area project work, over all performance levels of ABau (General instruction for the preparation and implementation of construction tasks in Berlin). Coordination and project management of external project controllers, general planners and planning offices as well as implementation service providers. Takeover of budget planning, offer and auditing as well as project controlling. It is possible to take over leadership tasks in perspective.

Successfully completed study of building equipment / supply technology or a comparable qualification, e.g. as a technician. Experience in the field of planning and object monitoring of technical equipment and in controlling large projects. Experience in the field of multi-team and inter-area project work in the field of document-based and virtual cooperation (sharepoint). Basic understanding of ERP, CAFM and plant identification systems. Solution-oriented and strategic thinking as well as pronounced communicative skills and performance competence. Knowledge of relevant regulations according to VOB, HOAI and ABau. German language skills in word and writing.
