Your tasks with us: Active cooperation in day-to-day operations and independent implementation of cleaning work (approximately 70-80% of working time) Technical and organizational management and coordination of our two-headed cleaning team Organisation of service and holiday planning and coordination of representation regulations within the team Ensuring our quality and hygiene standards and performing regular quality controls Management of detergents and appliances as well as timely order of required consumables Implement new employees and first contact for the cleaning team on site Together with your team, you will ensure cleanliness, order and a pleasant working environment at our site.

Found experience in professional building cleaning (accommodation, glass or special cleaning) First experience in the guidance or guidance of employees is of advantage, but no need – the right setting counts! Good knowledge of cleaning agents, dosages, surface treatments and the applicable hygiene and accident prevention regulations Model function, enforcement capability, reliability and a structured operation Good knowledge of German for the team and the material order readiness to work in industry (e.g. early hours or evenings)
