Co-leading a growing department with more than 50 employees – together with an experienced department manager. Development & Competence: You promote the professional and personal development of employees, especially in the field of software quality and qualification. You support the ongoing transformation of small-part structures to larger, agile teams and take employees with different backgrounds. Resources & Planning: You plan and optimize resources in the multi-project and product environment and ensure that agreed goals are achieved. Leadership in the Duo: Together with the existing Head of Division, you share responsibility, define clear responsibilities and emerges closed to the outside. Design the future: You actively contribute to the development of processes, standards and structures in engineering – with a view to quality, efficiency and sustainability. Successfully completed studies in an STEM subject or a comparable qualification. Multiannual leadership experience, ideally in a software or engineering environment with more than 10 employees. Experience with agile working methods and a pragmatic understanding of how to develop teams gradually. Representative competence in change management: You can inspire and take people for changes. Communication strength, safe appearance and the ability to integrate different personalities. Very good knowledge of German and English, willingness to occasional missions.
