Recovery, testing and processing of cost proposals including detailed confirmation Processing of work/workshop orders in our computer system Repair orders for truck semi-trailers or interchangeable bridges with spare parts order Transfer and withdrawal of rental units Documentation and System Care incl. Post-processing of customer orders Consumption of customer requests for workshop dates Processing of warranty and cunning requests and warranty cases

Completed technical or commercial training, e.g. as an automobile/industrial/earning merchant or KFZ mechanic Technical reference with first professional experience in fleet management or customer service Very good knowledge of German and English Good analytical and conceptual skills and safe handling of Microsoft Office Customer-oriented and independent work within our team Care, reliability, readiness and flexibility
