The Studienkreis GmbH is looking for you to be full-time for the Franken and Oberpfalz area as soon as possible

You run about 20 locations and study circle guides in a sales area professionally and disciplinary, develop and coach them Together with them, you ensure the high quality standards of our services You are responsible for economic development and planning the annual targets for the locations in your field of application You carry out local marketing activities and control their success You identify new locations for expansion

You have successfully completed a commercial training or study or have a comparable qualification You have first experiences in employee management and want to actively advance the already begun change process of the study group As a manager, you understand yourself as a salesmanin, coach and developerin Your demonstrable sales success will distinguish you! You have good numerical understanding and analytical skills Commercial thinking and hand-on mentality are a matter of course for you You work structured and have fun developing your area strategically and conceptually Personally, you are empathic and enthusiastic and transmit it to your team You have excellent communication and networking skills Dealing with the Microsoft Office package is a basic requirement
