For our branch in ZERO Stuttgart-Möhringen we are looking for Projektcontroller Bauwesen (m/w/d) (Operator, Civil Engineer, Diplom-Kaufmann etc.)

Budget management/cost tracking as well as the creation of cost reports and evaluations Close cooperation with the respective project managers Setting up, checking, updating cost estimates and calculations Creation of short assignments, supplementary arrangements and payment releases Creating order and forecast values Risk management, guarantee and retention management Central outflow planning, financing management and cash flow planning

You have a bachelor/master degree in the field of construction or BWL You have several years of professional experience in construction or project controlling You convince by safe occurrence, a structured way of working and self-initiative You are teamable, communicative, responsible and resilient You have very good knowledge in MS Excel, preferably also in PowerBI and have a special affinity for numbers You have knowledge in a project controlling software for construction (ideally COOR) You have basic knowledge in project controlling for construction You have basic knowledge in construction, especially in terms of costs
