You plan and tax the day-to-day operating business in your area of responsibility (incoming goods, commissioning or exit of goods) by ensuring the smooth running of the day Correct processes and compliance with our logistics standards at our B2C warehouse site are your main task, as stable work quality and process reliability are the focus on high customer satisfaction in e-commerce. You will recognize potential for improvement at an early stage and control your area accordingly You accompany a team of up to 25 employees every day, control their locations, motivate if necessary and develop them professionally further All this is done by analyzing the defined KPIs in your field. You share these transparently with your team and take appropriate steps You are in close contact with your leadership to successfully operate our Fressnapf online camp together. To do this, you introduce your own ideas and accompany process changes positively so that we can become more efficient together at the site

You've been working as a manager for a few years, ideally in a logistics environment and now you want to go new ways Your colleagues describe you as a strong personality, with a high communication competence and intercultural sensitivity In your working day, you have a proactive look at the day-to-day business to agree with other logistics department regarding resource use and process processes Your high quality awareness distinguishes you by checking daily routines for their efficiency. This is expressed in a solution-oriented action and good communication skills with your team You have a secure handling of common software programs, e.g. warehouse management system, SAP and Office (especially Excel) You bring the willingness to shiftwork, this includes regulated Saturday work, as well as weekly shift from early to late Knowledge of German in word and writing are notwenidg, basic English skills are also helpful for your working day
