We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the area of heat networks: Engineer as Senior Project Management for Civil and Nuclear Engineering (w/m/d) With your work, you support the implementation of the Frankfurt transformation plan of the energy and heat transition and decarbonization.

Project management and design: Responsible for the planning and implementation of district heating projects.

Approval procedures and coordination: coordinate and monitor all necessary approval procedures, foreign trade procurements and basic building analyses.

Costing and budgeting: Create and monitor market-oriented calculations for planning and construction projects.

Tenders: Supply technical expertise for tenders and awards of planning and construction services in cooperation with our purchasing team.

Order Management: Taxes and control contractors in terms of budget, dates and quality.

Communication and Stakeholder Management: Keep all parties involved, including customers, arbors and urban contacts, on planning, progress and challenges to find portable and economic solutions.

Complete study of the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering, energy, supply and Heat technology or comparable training with long-term relevant professional experience

Experience in project management, ideally in the (partial) project management

Experience in district heating or in civil engineering or piping construction desirable

Joy in working in interdisciplinary teams

Good knowledge of general rules and standards and good PC user knowledge

Class B driving licence
