Finance & Accounting Manager (m/f/d)

Operational accounting: You take over the current financial accounting – debitors, creditors, bank – and make sure that you book in our ERP system. Annual Financial Statements & Taxes: You prepare HGB annual accounts, coordinate the cooperation with our tax advisor and take over monthly sales tax forecasts. Mahnwesen & Liquidity: You tax the dungeon yourself and keep our liquidity planning in mind. Controlling & Reporting: You will create regular reports, BWAs and ad hoc evaluations for management – understandable and decision-making. EU expansion & internationalisation: You accompany the targeted expansion of our business into the European market: tax registrations, multi-currency accounting, country-specific compliance and coordination with local tax advisors in the EU foreign country. Payment & Payment: You are driving forward the introduction and optimization of modern payment processes – from the connection of new payment methods to the efficient handling in the international context. Processes & Tools: You recognize optimization potentials, implement scalable processes and actively introduce new technologies – including AI-based tools. Team Responsibility: At the start, no disciplinary leadership responsibility – you fully concentrate on the technical excellence. Who delivers gets more: After 1–2 years, there is a concrete possibility to take over the professional management of our 4-person accounting team – combined with a corresponding salary adjustment.

Training or studies: Commercial training (e.g. tax specialist, accountant) or BWL-studium with a focus on Accounting / Finance – both welcome. Professional experience: at least 5–7 years of practical experience in financial and accounting, ideally in a medium-sized tax consultancy firm or a medium-sized company. Hands-on-Mentality: You book yourself, do not wait for others and have the pleasure of implementing things properly – even if it sometimes goes into the details. DATEV & ERP: You are safe in handling ERP systems and accounting software; Experience with modern tools and AI applications is a plus. Languages: Very good German (C1+) and reliable English – for communication with partners, authorities and tax advisors in the EU country.
