You take responsibility for controlling in selected executive areas of the corporate headquarters - including planning, forecasting, reporting and ad hoc analyses. As a business partner, you advise top management and department management in financial, strategic and operational issues and coordinate the implementation of appropriate measures. You develop policy templates and economic scenarios to support corporate governance. You identify efficiency and savings potentials and actively contribute to cost management and resource allocation. In close cooperation with Corporate Finance, Head Office Accounting, Strategy and HR, you contribute to the further development of central control processes. You support company-wide projects, such as Climate Protection, ESG, Transformation and Digitization.

Successfully completed studies in economics, ideally focusing on controlling, finance or corporate management. Multiannual relevant experience in group controlling or in comparable functions with direct interface to top management. Embossed ability to analyze complex facts and experience in the application of modern controlling and BI tools. Sovereign appearance, high consulting skills and ability to prepare complex content according to the address in German as well as in English. Joy of interdisciplinary cooperation, structured working and experience in the participation of strategic projects.
