You ensure product quality and develop suppliers preventively from QM view You carry out risk classification of suppliers and components in cooperation with the Supplier Quality specialist You moderate feasibility analyses in cross-functional teams You're reviewing QM methods of suppliers (Ishikawa, FMEA, Kaizen) on error and completeness You plan, perform and document goods collection at suppliers You define quality measures, follow their implementation and reduce repetition complaints You control product groups and projects from the perspective of QM supplier development, including escalation management You train and instruct staff as well as if necessary suppliers

Complete technical studies or technical completion with relevant professional experience and additional qualifications QM Manager supplementary training required Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and QM methods (FMEA, Ishikawa, 8D, Kaizen) Very good MS Office knowledge Experience with CAQ systems (Babtec), Confluence and SAP/R3 of advantage Structured, independent and proactive operation Embossed communication and team skills, safe occurrence and empathy Conflict and Criticism, negotiating and enforcement strength High readiness Very good method and moderation skills German and English knowledge, French desirable
