Here are the main requirements: You act as a central interface between our bank employees and the external IT service provider. You guarantee IT support and a competent IT consulting for our employees. You manage our core banking system agree21 as well as the related applications. You are actively working on IT audits and recertifications. You define IT user policies, tax technical permissions and develop IT emergency management measures within BAIT, SOIT and MaRisk. You monitor, manage and optimize our IT infrastructure. You analyze existing IT processes and workflows and develop them according to best practice approaches. You take over the management of IT projects within your responsibility. You carry out trainings and instructions for employees on your own.

Complete studies or training in the field of computer science, technical informatics or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in the Atruvia environment, ideally within a cooperative bank. Funded knowledge in the administration of bank workstation (BAP), BankingWorkspace (BWS), SAGA and other Atruvia applications. Very good knowledge of the administration and support of Microsoft and M365 environments, corresponding certifications are advantageous. Experiences in identity and access management (IAM) incl. Recertification processes. Practical experience in implementing and supporting IT audits. Knowledge of network technology and experience with NFON telephone systems. Good ITIL knowledge, ideally with certificate. Experience in the project management, both classic and agile. Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as DORA, MaRisk, BAIT and SOIT are beneficial. Embossed analytical skills, high self-motivation and a structured, targeted way of working. Openness for new technologies and challenges.
