Technical background Successfully completed studies (informatics, engineering, natural sciences, etc.) Deep technical understanding and the ability to prepare complex content structured Experience & Leadership Multiannual relevant professional experience (at least 4–6 years), ideally in consulting or technical project management First leadership experience or clear motivation to take responsibility for a team Personality & Working Hands-on mentality paired with strategic thinking Impressed communication strength and persuasion Structured, targeted working with high quality standards Ability to control several projects and team topics in parallel Additional qualifications Experience with funding programs is advantageous Flowing German and English skills
