IT Security Officer / IT Security Officer (m/f/d)

You continuously develop the corporate IT security strategy and take into account our business-critical IT and KRITIS structures With your know-how, you will advise Executive Board, Management and central and decentralized IT areas on risks, measures and safety-relevant decisions You create, care and anchor IT security policies and concepts for the entire group You define binding IT security standards for all companies – also in interaction with external service providers In close cooperation with information security, data protection, AI officers, IT, compliance and risk management, you shape holistic security solutions You accompany IT projects and bring your perspective early in particular when using new technologies You coordinate IT security measures across the Group and keep their implementation in mind You conduct risk analyses structuredly and tax group-wide IT risk assessments Developed for IT security and IT emergencies and enters into resilient processes With training and awareness formats, you can sustainably strengthen the security awareness in the Group

You have a degree in IT, such as computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in a comparable role or very well-founded knowledge in IT security You have a deep understanding of modern IT architectures in on-premises and cloud environments Legal and regulatory requirements such as KRITIS, BSI requirements and data protection are familiar to you You can safely apply standards and standards such as ISO 27001 or BSI basic protection You explain complex facts clearly, addressable and sovereign – from the board to the department A safe occurrence, sense of responsibility and a sensitive handling of information are of course yours Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and resting in critical situations You have the pleasure of digitalization, are open to the responsible use of AI and think IT security forward-looking You're touching, though you don't meet all the qualifications?
