Portfolio development and underwriting: You are responsible for the new and further development of our Financial Lines portfolio. Take over the underwriting for various Financial Lines products and analyze the technical risk factors. Contract design and profitability: You develop and set insurance conditions and premiums to create a profitable portfolio. Customer support: The care of our brokers and customers is at your heart – here you are the competent person. Market observation: You always keep the market and our competitors in mind to identify trends at an early stage. Sales support: Whether for external or internal specialist lectures and trainings – you actively support sales. Broker care: You develop real estate relations in a targeted manner and maintain them in the long term. Training and technical development: You value regular training and personal development. Network setup and process development: You help to build a strong internal network and develop guidelines for efficient processing of our Financial Lines products.

Education and expertise: You ideally have a training as an insurance businessman (w/m/d), insurance specialist (w/m/d) or a study in a related area. Operational thinking and flexibility: An economic way of thinking with a high degree of flexibility and willingness to use is what distinguishes you. Expertise in Financial Lines: You bring profound knowledge of Financial Lines products, processes and markets. Sales and customer orientation: You have a sense of sales and customers, experience in sales is a plus. Communication strength: Your very good verbal and written communication skills help you to convey your messages clearly. Language knowledge: Good English skills complete your profile. Technical skills: You are fit in handling MS-Office and show digital affinity as well as a good understanding of technical issues.
