New Inobservation Group ION Julchen

Julchen is a newly created inobservatory group for children aged two to six years. This is where children who need protection in acute crises experience security, stability and sensitive support.

The concept combines pedagogical knowledge, developmental psychological knowledge and trauma pedagogical approaches to a professional framework that combines relationship, structure and security. Julchen is a place that is allowed to grow and becomes possible again in development – for children who have experienced a lot and for professionals who combine educational skills and inner strength.

The work is intense, complex and alive. It requires rest, presence and the ability to accompany processes that need time.

Whoever is in this responsibility is shaping a piece of child protection that acts beyond the moment.

♪ You bring this as a social pedagogical specialist (d/m/w):

• You are an educator, social education, medical education, or have completed another relevant training or study
• You are empathic and encourage young people individually, needs-oriented and independent of the background
• You are safe in communication, both in dealing with the attendees and in cooperation with colleagues
• You are flexible in a dynamic working environment, paired with the ability to self-reflection and constructive feedback
• As an exceptional team player you see where your help is needed and keeps a cool head even in difficult situations
• You can see the benefits in the shift service (including weekend services and night readiness in the group) and design the schedule together with your team
• Class B driving licence
