Deputy Head of the Reservations Department in compliance with Severins quality standards Support of department management in the operational and strategic management of the reservation Contact person for all reservation requests of our guests and internal and external partners Ensuring professional reservation and booking control Coordination of e-mail and telephone processing within the department Optimization and maintenance of the Property Management System (Protel) Management and optimization of the digital storage system Examination and approval of travel agency and commission invoices in Cisbox Professional complaint management and solution-oriented guest care Ensuring smooth interdepartmental communication Professional guidance, guidance and support of the reservation staff and trainees Support for the introduction of new employees Participation in the implementation and further development of the Severins quality standards In representation of the department management you also take Detection of training and development needs in the team Implementation of assessments and support in employee discussions Creation and adaptation of workflows, standards and handouts Service and holiday planning of the department Ensuring efficient personnel deployment Organisation and coordination of daily workflows within the reservation department

Successfully completed training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the reservation, ideally in the upscale hotel industry First experience in the professional management of employees desirable Safe handling of hotel software, ideally Protel Good knowledge of MS Office Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed service and guest orientation Organisational skills, sense of responsibility and enforcement Structured and independent operation Joy in working with the team and the further development of employees
