For a large customer from the automotive segment we are looking for a customer service specialist (m/w/d) at the Hagen site!

• Consumption, processing and collection of customer requests and complaints in land transport

• Proactive customer service for our exclusive customers

• Communication with customers and partners to broadcasts

• Processing of unloading differences and delivery obstacles

• Operational processing and monitoring of shipments in the national road network

• Maintenance of shipment status and monitoring of express and warranty products

• Creation of evaluations for broadcast status

• Successfully completed training to/from the employer or comparable training with relevant professional experience

• Experience required in customer support in telephone and written form

• Professional experience in the collection area

• IT-Affinity

• Openness for new, team and communication skills

• Very good knowledge of German and English mandatory
