Property manager / oversight officer in Berlin (m/f/d)

You are the central contact person for owners, tenants, authorities and other stakeholders around your housing owners communities You enter your homeowner's communities independently and prepare owner's meetings, execute them and implement the decisions taken You know your properties and tax technical measures and projects around your real estate You coordinate maintenance, testing and operator requirements and ensure that all necessary measures are implemented on time You take over the settlement of claims and insurance cases and coordinate the parties involved You work closely with owners, tenants, lawyers, authorities and external service providers and ensure smooth operations You recognize technical and economic optimization potentials and develop appropriate measures You keep budgets, costs and appointments in mind and ensure reliable controlling

You have an apprenticeship as a real estate businessman (m/w/d), real estate specialist (m/w/d), a degree with a focus on real estate, or the motivation to acquire the necessary qualification as part of a further training with a subsequent IHK examination Ideally, you have already gained experience in WEG administration and know you with the care of housing owners communities You have knowledge of WEG law or are willing to develop yourself in this area You work independently, structured and carefully and keep track of multiple objects and different topics You will be safe and professional to owners, tenants, authorities and other contact persons You communicate clearly and find the right words in more complex topics – in writing and oral You are flexible, you like to take responsibility and bring high performance You have a class B driver's license and are happy to be mobile
