Hessen Mobil connects people and places in Hesse. As a road construction agency, we are responsible for the complete value chain of road construction and take care of mobility strategies, planning, construction, road operation and traffic management. The planning and construction department deals with the planning, construction and maintenance of federal roads, national roads and cycle paths. The new building and the repair of numerous engineering structures such as support walls or bridges are also responsible here. You prepare construction projects and create understandable performance descriptions as well as performance directories based on existing plans or local recordings (e.g. for earth, road, drainage and ceiling construction) in federal, state and district roads You are responsible for the monitoring and construction of road construction measures on site You implement project-related dates and cost planning You carry out the award of construction measures The billing and budgeting of construction measures as a representative of the builder (Bund, Land, Landkreis) also falls into your area of responsibility

You have a completed university degree (min. FH Diploma / Bachelor) of Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification You bring as much experience as possible in the establishment of quantitative determinations and performance registers for construction measures with Ideally, you have knowledge of the relevant technical regulations as well as in contract and contract law (VOB / HOAI, ZTV en) Interestingly, you can demonstrate experience in monitoring construction measures You ideally have additional knowledge of iTWO (prescription & billing) as well as experience with E-Vergabe systems You are sure to use MS Office standard software Very good oral and written expressability in German (comparable level C1) The activity is linked to missions and therefore the driving licence class B is required.
