• Social-integral support of participants in integration into training and/or employment
• Stabilisation of participants in training or employment
• Development of a sustainable career and life perspective
• Development-promoting counselling and individual case assistance for problems (e.g. everyday aid, crisis intervention, reconciliation of family & profession)
• Coaching to promote positive learning and working behaviour and key professional competencies
• Integrating accompaniment (professional planning and application coaching, acquisition of testing, training and workstations, matching with companies)
• Cooperation with third parties or cooperation with relevant network partners (e.g. IHK, HWK, Migration Advisory Services, Local Authorities and Cost Carriers) — Administrative activities under the management of the participants
• Documentation of funding and development planning

• Complete studies (DQR 6) in the field of social education, social work, medical and rehabilitation education, special or professional education is absolutely necessary
• Alternative: a completed study (min. DQR 6) in the field of education or social sciences with supplementary subjects or Studies in the above-mentioned fields
• Replacement: a state-approved education profession (health education, youth and home education) with relevant supplementary qualification and at least one-year professional experience with the target group may be recognised under certain circumstances
• High consulting and social competence, empathy for the respective target group
• organisational skills, structured and independent working
• Impressed communication and motivation and enforcement
• German knowledge - safe to negotiate (min. C 1 level in word and writing)
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
