Consultant (m/w/d) – VZ/TZ Focus: Charge billing & Personal controlling

Be part of our team in personnel management! In this responsibly role, you seek professional and legal billing, develop our HR systems and provide an important basis for strategic personnel decisions with meaningful analyses and reporting. You work closely with colleagues, executives and external partners and bring your expertise into diverse human resources topics.

Your tasks: Payments & advice: You are responsible for on-time pay billing, you are dealing with complex personal economic issues and advising employees as well as executives in billing, tax, social insurance and collective bargaining issues. HR Systems & Digitization: You enter and develop our personal economic systems, accompany system adaptations and digitization projects, and introduce ideas to optimize processes. Personnel Controlling & Reporting: You start evaluations, reportings and key figures, support personnel cost planning and provide sound analyses as the basis for personnel and management decisions. Annual financial statements & Compliance: You participate in annual and quarterly financial statements, provide personal economic provisions and accompany internal and external audits. Processes & development: You continuously develop our personal business processes and actively shape the future of our personnel management.

What you bring: A completed bachelor's degree with a focus on personnel, business management or a comparable qualification (e.g. personnel specialist (IHK)). Multiannual professional experience in personnel management or pay billing – ideally in savings banks, bank or public environments. Knowledge of labour, social security, pay tax and collective bargaining as well as experience in the independent implementation of pay bills. Experience in personal controlling as well as pleasure in evaluating data, analyzing relationships and deriving sound recommendations for action. A strong IT affinity and interest in the further development of HR systems and digital personal processes. A structured, careful and responsible way of working as well as communication strength and joy in working with different contacts: inside.
