You are responsible for the smooth operation of assigned systems as well as the implementation of the in- and external requirements in the area of sales technology, both in the disorder and in the implementation of new functions. The management of various projects in the areas of sales, sales technology and contract management will be carried out from the administrative side in coordination with the relevant specialist departments. For the various distribution systems, you have the background system responsibility or Key user*in function and manage request tickets, which means data exports and deliveries to competent authorities as well as tariff care and mask adjustments. You proactively drive the identification of optimization potentials to continuously improve our processes of sales technology and projects. In specialist bodies and project groups you represent our interests and with external service providers and partner companies you ensure constructive communication.

A completed study in the field of economics, mobility, business informatics or a comparable qualification forms the basis for your entry with us. Your high technical understanding is complemented by your experience as a key user*in. The project management qualification IPMA Level D would be desirable. You bring enthusiasm for the ÖPNV as well as the municipal sector, and you can ideally have the first professional experience in this area.
