As a working student Personalplaner (m/w/d), you take a key role in our Aviation Team: You make sure that personnel requirements, deployment plans and operational processes are perfectly interlocking. Structured and efficient deployment planning at the Stuttgart, Hamburg locations as well as other airports in Germany Optimization and further development of planning processes, systems and regulations to ensure the highest quality and efficiency Full personnel planning taking into account the need, availability, absences, holidays and training Integration of external factors such as customer specifications, order situation, flight tasks as well as legal and tariff frameworks Long and medium-term control of staff strengths including controlling and quality assurance based on relevant key figures Analysis and Concept Development by Creating Simulations, Forecasts and Presentations to Support Strategic Decisions Active cooperation and project work with internal specialist departments, customers, external stakeholders, works council as well as participation in cross-site standardization

Complete vocational training, preferably in the economic field, as well as initial experience in strategic personnel or resource planning First knowledge of working, tariff and operating law as well as the handling of relevant personal planning software and MS Office Experience in process and project management as well as understanding of operational processes in airport operation Analytical and Structured Operation with Strong Number Understanding and High Accuracy Self-employed, solution-oriented thinking and action combined with flexibility for dynamic working conditions Safe occurrence and communication strength in handling internal and external contact persons High readiness, stress resistance, reliability and discretion as the basis for a trusting work relationship
