Creation and testing of order-related commercial documents, in particular invoices, delivery notes, further charges and distribution plans Invoicing and follow-up of open items incl. Further commercial costs (e.g. forwarding, customers, interim and service firms) Communication with internal departments, forwarders and external service providers on accounting and clarification issues Installation and maintenance of master data and order processing Creation and processing of pallet plans, carton sizes and container calculations Filling logistics data sheets and developing returns Supply processing and testing of transport and logistics costs

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with initial results in order processing and logistics Safe handling of figures, calculations and cost structures Structured, careful and reliable operation Secure handling of Excel and Word Good English language skills in word and writing Organisational skills, resilience and flexibility
