As a consultant (m/w/d) & Assistant to the sales management, you play an important role in our HORBACH-InnerCircle and report directly to the sales management. In addition to classic assistance tasks (complete appointments, prepare presentations, etc.), you are responsible for your own projects and drive them forward with internal and external (distribution) teams. You work closely with the sales management and the InnerCircle and also as an interface to other internal specialist departments and our management.

You support our sales manager and team in their diverse operational and administrative tasks

As a speaker (m/w/d), you can independently plan, organize and coordinate selected projects and working groups, such as campaign and impulse management and female careers.

In your role as assistance, you act as an essential communication interface within the Group and between the sales working groups and the service company

Your tasks also include designing, planning and monitoring of distributive events, such as annual opening events, various sales congresses and web conferences.

You have a commercial training and at best have experience in sales

You have already gained experience in the development of strategic concepts and in the implementation of projects

High communication skills and the ability to interdisciplinary thinking and acting as well as conceptual skills characterize you

A high level of confidentiality and loyalty is as important to you as us
