In the People Solutions satellite team, we actively manage the personnel work for executives and employees and are Sparring partners, consultants and motivators for all personal topics at the Sindelfingen site. Your tasks in detail: Support in advising executives and employees on diverse personnel topics and processes

Participation in exciting questions about remuneration, target agreements and other personnel instruments

Own takeover of administrative and conceptual tasks in the daily business

Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of talks with specialist areas

Active control of information flows between different stakeholders

Working with a consistent and service-oriented employee experience

Possibility to introduce your own ideas and continuously develop processes

The activity can start from 01.10.2026.

Course in Business Administration, Social Sciences or a comparable degree course, preferably with the focus on staff

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

Responsible and structured working, administrative and co-ordinative skills and motivation

Good understanding and ability to work quickly into new processes and IT applications

First practical experience, preferably in the personnel area desirable
