Your tasksYou support the strategic and operational development of communication on transformation – with a focus on private customer sales You translate complex change topics into clear, target group-oriented messages and develop narratives as well as convincing presentations You stand regularly on stage and organize and moderate creative communication formats You work closely with change and communication colleagues and executives to make communication effective as a change lever You operate active stakeholder management to identify needs of the target groups and create a common understanding of the transformation

You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in change management or change communication. Group or consulting experience is desirable You have successfully completed your studies in communication sciences, economics, psychology or comparable You are a:e real team player:in and draws you from willingness to use, openness, sense of responsibility and willingness to design You have a good feeling for people and culture – and quickly build a sustainable network You communicate complex content in a comprehensible and effective way – in writing as oral You have a good feeling for audience needs, dynamics in the organization and matching tonalities You can communicate safely in German and English, love the stage and stand up in contact with different hierarchical levels. Ideally, you have a systemic additional qualification in the field of consulting, change, transformation, coaching or organizational development
