IT System Administrator / IT System Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) - Microsoft 365 administration and cloud services Location: Rosenfeld

Managing user accounts and licenses via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center Configuration and administration of Exchange Online for email services and Microsoft teams including the integration of third-party apps Planning and implementing data migration to Office 365 and ensuring minimum downtime Implementation and management of security and compliance policies within Office 365 and cloud security solutions Administration of Azure Active Directory (AAD) for identity and access management First and Second Level support for troubleshooting and problem solving in the hardware and software sector Installation, removal and provision of hardware at the workplace of users Remote support of our foreign offices

Completed vocational training as a specialist in system integration (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in IT focusing on Office 365 and cloud services Experience in implementing and managing IT projects Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and knowledge in remote support software desirable Customer orientation, communication strength and analytical thinking Self-sustainability and adaptability to new technologies Very good English skills Occasionally international readiness
