Systems Engineering Manager (m/w/d)

We offer a wide range of services to our customers, including Sonars and Sensors, Guide Systems for submarines and overwater ships, mine defence systems, unmanned underwater vehicles and radio and communication systems.

You secure the continuous chain of processes, methods and tools in the engineering process. You represent the performance of the engineering area transparently based on dashboards and key figures. You initialize and control measures to improve processes and performance of our engineering. You support the implementation and training of methods, tools and processes in engineering and ensure sustainability in implementation. You take special projects and special tasks to further develop the OE and our engineering.

Successfully completed university studies of natural or engineering sciences or comparable degree. You have a qualification in the field of “Systems Engineering” or you are ready to acquire it. You have experience in the collection and processing of company data (performance) and in the control using key figures. You have very good knowledge and experience in the development of technical systems (e.g. software development, MBSE) You can quickly capture complex and abstract relationships in technical and organizational systems. You work independently and profit-oriented. You have a strong communication capability as well as compromise and enforcement capability. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
