For our customers, a real estate management company operating throughout Germany, we are looking for several technical property managers (m/w/d) for the locations Berlin, Leipzig and Hamburg. The company manages, rents and develops properties with a clear focus: the satisfaction of owners and tenants. It is responsible for the operational operation of a broad stock and is committed to sustainable management - for long-term maintenance of value and growth. Property management here means taking responsibility and providing all services from a single source - based on current object and user requirements as well as industry standards.

As a technical property manager (m/w/d), you are a key partner for owners, tenants and service providers in the technical and infrastructural operation of residential and retail real estate. actively design the technical operation of real estate and take responsibility for quality and economics.

Responsibility for technical inventory and budget planning for maintenance and capex measures Planning and budgeting of maintenance and rehabilitation measures Control of renovation and modernization projects – from planning to implementation Organisation and monitoring of repairs, maintenance and testing of buildings and technical installations (TGA) Coordination of construction services, TGA and external service providers for smooth processes Implementation of object visits and creation of meaningful documentation Ensuring solution-oriented fault management and professional technical support of the objects

Multiannual professional experience in technical object care, technical real estate management or technical facility management, alternatively experience in interior construction or construction Ideally technical training (e.g. building technology, construction technology), alternatively also qualifications from interior construction or construction Practice in the implementation and control of construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation measures Sovereign, binding appearance and pronounced service and customer orientation Very good German knowledge, good English skills desirable High IT affinity, good MS Office skills, especially in Excel Self-responsible, structured operation and driving licence Class B
