1st- und 2nd Level Support (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • acceptance and processing of technical support requests by telephone, email and First and Second Level Support Ticket System • Diagnosis and solution of hardware and software problems and support for Users at IT questions • Documentation of support cases and creation of knowledge databases continuous improvement of support processes • Close cooperation with other IT teams to escalate complex problems and Ensuring a fast solution • Implementation of training and support for users in the use of new Applications and systems

Your qualifications: • Complete training in IT, e.g. as a specialist for System integration, IT system electronics or a comparable qualification • First experience in IT support, ideal in first and second level support • knowledge of Windows operating systems, common software applications and Network technologies • Embossed service orientation and excellent communication skills • Teamability and a solution-oriented approach
