WHERE WHIR

Hollenberg GmbH has been providing assistance and support for people and their families in difficult situations for 60 years. A special concern here is to offer children a safe place and a reliable home on time.

In our youth group, 9 girls live and 12 to 17 years old. In general, medium-term to long-term accommodation is planned.

In addition to care and everyday structuring, the focus is on the relationship work with young people. Cooperation with the family of origin and the joint development of an individual perspective of life for each person are also part of the task.

The work is done in a multi-professional team in the layer system. The offer is integrated into the main area in Lohmar. The close cooperation with the relevant educational management will be complemented by home readiness at night and on weekends.

To complement our team of specialists, we are looking for a social pedagogical specialist (m, w, d) with social education (FS, FHS, HS).

Various skills are required for the work in this offer:

• Sensitivity, relationship work and resource-oriented work with young people
• clarity and appreciation in cooperation with the families of origin
• Transparency and liability in cooperation with the team as well as the competent authorities and organisational assets
• Design will for everyday life.
• Willingness to work in shiftwork, also on holidays and weekends
• Pre-experiences in youth assistance, youth work or in the open day are, however, not a prerequisite.
