The place is to be occupied from 01.09.2026 - 31.03.2027 as a working student activity with 20h/week.

You support our tenant body management in the preparation, organization and execution of the tenant council election 2027 and contribute to making participation processes effective for our tenants. In doing so, you perform both communicative tasks and organizational activities in the project. Planning & coordination of the selection of tenants: You participate in the planning and coordination of the 2027 tenant council elections and take over organizational tasks in the ongoing project. Interface to internal & external partners: You agree with internal departments, other local housing companies and external service providers to implement the choice. Communication with tenants, candidates & election commission: You support the address and ongoing communication with tenants, candidates and members of the Election Commission by email, telephone and in part on site. Information and voting documents & digital formats: You create and revise information materials, electoral documents and texts and supports content for the digital choice website – including simple layout work. Support of the Election Commission & Committee Organisation: You organize and accompany the Voluntary Election Commission, prepare sessions before and after, initial protocols and participate in the examination of candidates. Events & election performance: You help in the preparation of information and knowledge learning events for tenants and candidates (also in the evening), accompany letter and digital choice including voice counting and support the preparation of the constituent meeting of the new tenant council.

Studies: You are ideally studying in social, political, communication or administrative sciences, urban and regional planning or a comparable course of study. Background: You have first practical experience in organization, project work, event management or committee work – e.g. through internships, student engagement or honorary office. Communication & openness: You have very good oral and written communication skills and can address different target groups to the address. Participation & Interest: You are willing to participate in events in the evening (of course in consultation with you) and identify yourself with the idea of social and sustainable urban development.
