Completed training as a tax specialist with relevant training (e.g. tax specialist) or successfully filed tax advisor examination. Alternatively, many years of professional experience in a tax law firm or the tax office with a focus on corporate taxation Good knowledge of German tax law (in German tax, commercial tax, turnover tax, basic income tax, etc.) Basic knowledge of international tax law and billing pricing Knowledge of the coordination of audits and communication with financial authorities Safe handling of common control and accounting software as well as MS Office Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Analytical thinking, structured working, resilience and readiness to work into complex situations Team skills and dynamic hands-on mentality

Questions about national and international tax law Cooperation in the preparation of tax returns and tax calculations for annual accounts according to HGB Creation and maintenance of billing price documentation (Local File, Master File) Analysis and tax assessment of intercompany transactions (national and cross-border) Coordination and monitoring of audits and coordination with financial authorities Support for annual audits and tax aspects of M&A-Divestment transactions Observation and implementation of legal changes in tax law Close cooperation with internal departments (accounting, legal, controlling)
