Planning, implementation and documentation of internal audits according to ISO 9001 Identification of deviations, risks and optimization potentials Close cooperation with specialist departments to derive and implement measures Analysis of quality deviations and support in finding causes (e.g. 5-Why, Ishikawa) Support in preparing and supporting external audits and certifications Further development of our QM system and internal standards Promoting active quality culture in the company
