You make sure that our sales staff will be safe in their conversations with potential customers, act strong on sales and are sustainablely successful.

Conception and implementation of training, coaching and workshops – both remotely and locally Training and coaching of sales staff in the field of outbound telephony (B2C) Single coaching (Side-by-Sides) and group training from 1 to several persons Development of training concepts, presentations and training documents Continuous analysis and optimization of conversation management, argumentation and final strength Motivation and further development of our employees – you are coach, Sparringspartner and Motivator at the same time

You are characterized by sales strength as well as a convincing, winning and energetic appearance and have already gained sales experience. Multiannual experience in sales, ideally focusing on outbound telephony Experience as a sales coach, coach or training manager in the sales environment Experience in the insurance environment or with training of insurance sales You have an analytical mindset, evaluate the KPIs and have the ability to explain them to the team You have the ability to meet employees individually and pick up each where they stand You can organize and structure yourself, are self-reflected and team-capable Your knowledge of German is at native level (in word and writing).
